Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

Marion Lindsay is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist working from Norwood House in Fallowfield, South Manchester.

This website provides information about psychoanalytic psychotherapy and how this model of psychotherapy is effective. It also provides details about Marion and her work experience.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy provides a safe and confidential setting within which people can explore current problems, difficult feelings, and underlying struggles. It makes use of the therapeutic relationship with the psychotherapist to help better understand and work through the internal anxieties and external conflicts that are affecting the individual’s life. Psychotherapy which is psychoanalytic is usually longer-term (a minimum of a year) but on occasion a focused problem may be worked with in a shorter-time frame.

If you would like to an initial consultation with a view to beginning psychoanalytic psychotherapy, please contact Marion (details on the contact page).
